SHE-CAN is a Mill Valley based, 12-year-old non-profit that is on a swift growth trajectory. We are poised to expand significantly in the next few years and need a passionate, seasoned fundraiser to lead us in reaching the next level. We are dedicated to building female leadership and in our first decade we helped 100 low-income future global leaders launch their career by attending top US colleges on full scholarships, being mentored by a team of 5 loving U.S. professionals, and learning leadership skills from our community who tirelessly share their professional knowledge, wisdom, and experiences. 

We are seeking an accomplished, senior level fundraising professional who has already built an impressive track record for successful fundraising. The candidate must have a proven record for building a donor base and successfully bringing in significant donations. This person must be able to strategically target funding sources - individuals, foundations, corporations, family offices, and more; have the skills and experience to approach high net worth individuals and organizations; and be an integral part of the overall planning and expansion of the organization. 

The salary range is $100K to $120K. This is an in-person position that requires living in the Bay Area and working on-site in our Mill Valley office five days a week.
